The Tree Top Cottage has two sleeping rooms with a shared bath and a small common area fully equiped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen tv and dvd player. A gas grill may be used for cooking on the private deck.
You may choose to rent the entire cottage or one room. The rates for renting one room include breakfast served at your convenience.
The guest house sleeps five comfortably:
The Rose Room offers a queen size bed and private dining table for two.
The Green Room is a “room and a half” and offers a double bed and twin bed and a private dining table for two.
GUEST HOUSE RATES:
$110 per night plus 3% lodging tax and 6% sales tax. A two-night stay is requested on weekends. Weekly rate is $550. Please contact us for more details.
BED & BREAKFAST RATES:
$70 per night per room plus 3% lodging tax and 6% sales tax. A two-night stay is requested on weekends. Price includes a full breakfast.
DEPOSIT: One night’s lodging is required to hold your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will kindly refund your deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of your arrival date.
